Do you offer packages for weddings or events?Yes! We specialize in custom orders for weddings, corporate events, baby showers, and other special occasions. Please contact us early to discuss your needs and secure your date.

What is your cancellation and modification policy?All cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our products, payments are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Is a deposit or full payment required?For smaller or standard orders, such as Round Bloom Boxes, , Classic Boxes, or Handheld Bouquets, full payment is required upfront to confirm and secure your order. For larger or custom orders, including Wedding Boxes, Baby Shower Packages, Corporate Events, or Special Occasion Towers, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due at least 5 days prior to the event. This payment structure helps us maintain the highest quality and ensures availability of fresh ingredients for every creation.
